Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older and authorized healthcare professionals or their authorized delegates to access patient health records.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes.

Software Usage

  • The EMR platform is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform per your subscription.
  • Modification, duplication, or distribution of any part of the software is strictly prohibited.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue services with prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on the platform is the property of Amerck Care. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Amerck Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy – Amerck Care

At Amerck Care, we provide subscription-based access to our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software. Due to the nature of our digital healthcare services, all payments made are non-refundable.

No Refunds

All subscriptions and payments for services provided by Amerck Care are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly/annual subscriptions, consultation scheduling modules, and any other software features or digital services.

Trial Access

If you are uncertain about subscribing, we recommend requesting a demo or utilizing any available trial access prior to making a payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will not result in a refund for any portion of the billing cycle already paid.
